Hi! Welcome to my live journal. My name is Destinie. Obviously, I'm a big Sasori fan. Altogether, I just love Akatsuki in general. I have other fandoms as well mostly in anime and video games. If you like the things listed in my interests we should be friends. I promise I don't bite... hard. XD

WEDNESDAY

Well, we went and ate Mexican for lunch which was good. We've also been discussing Sanguem Deus. I like to take ideas we've already completed and expand on them to flesh the story out more. I'm very pleased about how things are going with it. I didn't get to pick up a new stylus for my tablet, though. It took us an hour just to get from Garner to Clayton because of traffic. That trip usually only takes about 15 minutes. We decided a trip to Raleigh to drop off my resume would be a terrible idea. I'd forgotten the resume, though, so it didn't matter much anyway.

I slept most of the trip to Newport as I tend to do on long trips. When we finally got there we had a nice dinner that Patrick's mother made. Afterwards, Patrick wanted to go to the beach. It was already dark outside, but that just made it more beautiful with the moonlight reflecting off of the rolling waves. He and I just sat on a blanket and snuggled while watching the waves. Patrick misses living near the beach.

He and I have been doing very serious talks about our future. I don't want to say anything specific yet, though, because decisions are still up in the air. I don't know if he has emailed his father about it yet, but I do know he spoke with his mother. His mother supports the decision highly, and I do too, but it's up to him to make it.

THURSDAY

Thanksgiving Day, we woke up and went to the beach again. Patrick, his little sister Amanda, and I took turns sword fighting. Amanda also flew her butterfly kite some. The wind was perfect for kite flying. There were a good amount of locals at the beach and very few tourists considering tourist season is over. It was peaceful and relaxing. Amanda wanted to collect some shells, so we left that beach and went to Fort Macon. There was hardly anyone there except for a photographer and some fishermen. We walked along the shore line and took some pictures ourselves. Amanda got a decent bag full of shells. I got caught by a wave and my jeans were soaked and salty. Mind you, my jeans were rolled up too. I felt pretty icky.

When we finally got tired, we left the beach and went back to the house. We cleaned the salt water and sand off of ourselves and decided to just relax for the rest of the day. I think I have a slight sunburn on the back of my neck. I just started feeling it today. I forgot to mention that on Wednesday Patrick also bought himself the Bleach fighting game for the DS. It's actually really good from what I can tell. He's really been enjoying it. He's unlocked all the characters and played all the story modes. lol Mayuri's story was the best. We both were laughing really hard. You'd have to play it to appreciate it, though.

We had a late Thanksgiving dinner. I helped a little where I could. It was quite delicious. We then spent the rest of the evening watching the Ghost Hunters marathon that was on the Sci-fi channel. I eventually fell asleep on the couch.

FRIDAY

Friday morning, Patrick and his mother left Amanda and I still sleeping. They went shopping and probably didn't want us to see what they were buying. lol At least that was my impression. They said they just wanted to let us sleep, which is probably true, too. I got up, got a shower, got dressed, and then went back to sleep.

When they got back, we had lunch, and then Patrick and I got our stuff packed together to leave. We said our goodbyes and left. On our way back I slept pretty much the entire way once again. Back in town we decided we'd go watch a movie and went and saw Hitman. It was actually not bad. Go see it if you've got some time.

We also went to the game store and PetSmart before actually heading back to the house. We weren't real hungry, so for dinner we just had McDonald's. So, as you can see my Thanksgiving holiday went quite smoothly.

TODAY

Nothing much has happened today so far. I need to clean house and clean the church. I've done some more sketches which I'll probably post up later. I drew a Gin sketch. I haven't drawn him in such a long time. I like how it turned out even if it is just a simple sketch. I'm doing a Sapphirine sketch too. Not finished with it, though. So be looking for me to post those later.

I hope you all had a good Thanksgiving as well if you celebrate it. =)
